Lee Air Acquires Advent Aircraft Systems

January 8, 2026 - Lee Air, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Advent Aircraft Systems, Inc., expanding its aircraft braking and systems capabilities for general aviation, military, and UAS markets. The transaction closed December 31, 2025, and supports increased production capacity and long-term growth of Advent's technologies.
